As a massage therapist, I have found the opportunity to contribute to the betterment of others lives through wellness. I strongly believe that by using massage to reduce stress and muscle tension, clients will see an increase in productivity and retention thus giving them more incentive and enjoyment in their daily lives. For these reasons my practice is dedicated to create a treatment that will be most beneficial to your individual wellbeing.
For 25+ years I have been a licensed massage therapist. I received my education and degree from National American University, Sioux Falls, South Dakota in 2000.
To further my commitment to your well being, I have completed numerous continuing education courses over the years and trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal Massage as well as Hot Stone, Bamboo Fusion, Massage Cupping Therapy, Table Thai Massage, Myofascial Release and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Therapy.
Also, I specialize in helping clients who suffer from all types of headaches as well as those that struggle with low back and sciatic nerve pain.

Signature Massage
This is a combination of two styles-Swedish and Deep Tissue. The main focus is to facilitate general relaxation, along with focusing on specific areas you are needing improvement on. Many techniques are used during this session to bring you mental clarity, reduce stress, greater flexibility, increased circulation and the release of muscle tension and pain.

Specialty Services
Prenatal
Childbearing comes with many accelerated changes to a women’s body physically, hormonally, and emotionally. Massage during pregnancy is beneficial in facilitating stress reduction, pain relief, increased circulation, reduced swelling and improved sleep. Receiving regular massage throughout pregnancy and postpartum recovery can ensure greater support for the nurturing of both mother and child.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
Hot Stone
Smooth Basalt Stones are heated and combined with the Signature Massage to give warmth to tired achy muscles and give maximum relief and relaxation.

Cupping
A treatment where suction cups are applied by the therapist to an area of tension or stagnation. By creating suction and negative pressure, massage cupping therapy is used to soften tight muscles and scar tissue, loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue, bring hydration and blood flow to body tissue, and drain excess fluids and toxins by opening lymphatic pathways. Therapy can be both relaxing and stimulating depending on the issue being treated.

Bamboo Fusion
Warm oil and warm bamboo tools are used during this session, along with long, soothing rhythmic strokes. This treatment can provide a combination of deep pressure and stretching along with relaxation while soothing away muscle tension and pain.

No shows and cancellations affect everyone. 100% of your session will be charged to you for a missed appointment without a 24 hour notice.
All appointments are held with a method of payment at the time of scheduling. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to start with the relaxation process. It is necessary for all sessions to begin on time.
